He prescribes GLP-1 receptor agonists for weight management and testosterone for hormone optimization, and he performs body contouring for patients after substantial weight loss. Those things are usually done by three different clinicians. Doing all of them means seeing the full arc of metabolic therapy — what changes across twelve or eighteen months of treatment, what the body keeps, what it doesn't, and what patients wish someone had told them at the start.

GLP-1 medications are peptide therapeutics. Semaglutide is a 31-amino-acid analog of human GLP-1; tirzepatide is a 39-amino-acid dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist. They are also the most rigorously studied peptides in clinical use, with large randomized cardiovascular and weight-outcome trials behind them.
