Fulfillment, delivery, and return terms.
Shipping
Orders ship after payment is confirmed. A flat $15 shipping charge applies unless otherwise noted. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves the pharmacy or supplier.
Delivery
Temperature-sensitive items ship with appropriate packaging. Please refrigerate applicable products promptly on arrival.
Returns
For safety reasons, medications and research materials cannot be returned once shipped. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
