Ivermectin is a prescription medication. The indication, capsule strength, quantity and treatment instructions must be determined by the prescribing clinician.

A compounded capsule is not an FDA-approved product. Any compounded prescription requires confirmation of the exact preparation and the applicable pharmacy and state requirements before dispensing. A prescription is not guaranteed.

Prescription therapies are dispensed by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy, which fills patient-specific prescriptions only and is not permitted to dispense medications for office use.

This compounded product has not been reviewed, approved, or evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration for safety and effectiveness.
