Your requisition comes from us, so your order isn't in Quest's system yet.

Insurance — answer no
You're not using insurance for this. Select that you don't have any, and don't hand over a card at check-in — the kiosk asks again. Your requisition is the receipt.

Time — mornings preferred
Some markers read differently later in the day. If mornings don't work, book what does — your clinician accounts for it.
